Refunds
We do not provide refund for any product once the order is confirmed. There is no obligation to provide refund. Each provider reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion.
Cancellation
As a general rule, all sales made on devopsclass.in are final and you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. devopsclass.in reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case (i) we are unable to deliver the order in a satisfactory manner and/ or (ii) the user tries to take advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use.

If a candidate wishes to cancel their enrollment in any of our technical programs, they can apply for cancellation and refund. Please note the following eligibility criteria (whichever is applicable) for refunds:
Case 1: Refund within 3 Days of Enrollment:
Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 3 days from the enrollment date.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 3 Days::
Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 3 days are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program’s commencement.

Please note that no refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of the classes. It is essential to submit the refund request within the specified timeframes mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing Time:
All refunds will be processed within 15 working days of devopsclass.in approval of the refund request. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.
Refund Policy for EMI Transactions:
Case 1: Refund within 3 Days of EMI Enrollment:
Candidates are eligible for a EMI Cancellation, if they apply for cancellation within 3 days of the enrollment date.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 3 Days:
Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 3 days are eligible for a EMI Cancellation if they apply for cancellation before the program’s commencement.
